What is it?

This gentle toner, packaged in the form of travel-friendly pre-soaked pads, targets redness, excessive oiliness and dehydrated skin. The star ingredients in the new COSRX pads are the Green-RX Complex (consisting of Camellia Sinensis Leaf Water, Centella Asiatica Extract, Hamamelis Virginiana, Melaleuca Alternifolia (Tea Tree) Leaf Extract, Artemisia Princeps Extract), which is derived from natural plants to help refresh, calm, and hydrate the skin, while the skin-friendly acid, PHA, gently exfoliates without causing irritation.
