REVIEW: Innisfree Jeju Volcanic Pore Clay Mask
The Innisfree Jeju Volcanic Pore Clay Mask is is one of the most famous Kbeauty clay masks on the market, because it’s unlike any other mask you’ve tried! Here's why:
Ingredients
This mask contains volcanic clusters that are formed from hardened lava found on Jeju Island in South Korea. These clusters are multiporous and have the natural capacity to absorb and detoxify harmful elements, just like charcoal. The Jeju Volcanic Pore Clay Mask also uses a “7-free formula", which is free from artificial fragrances, artificial pigments, parabens, benzophenone, ethanol, animal ingredients and mineral oil.
Texture
The mask itself has a very smooth and easy-to-spread texture. The clay will dry after around 15 minutes, but it won't turn very hard like certain clay masks does and it certainly won't make your face feel stiff and dry!
How to Use
After cleansing and toning, gently smoothen the product over your entire face. Avoid using the product on your eye and lip areas. Rinse off the mask with lukewarm water after 15 minutes. Recommended to use 1-2 times per week. This mask can also be used as spot treatments on targeted areas of the face (e.g. on blemishes or areas prone to blackheads).
Results
This Innisfree mask was able to reduce the appearance of large pores on my nose and cheeks, without doing anything that most other clay masks did: harden, oil spot, or dry stiffly. I have a combination skin and I use this mask on my T-zone and chin area twice a week, and I love how it feels afterwards! My skin feels so smooth, less oily, and more balanced. It also really helps brighten my skin and remove any whiteheads and blackheads. Hello smooth skin!
