REVIEW: KLAIRS Illuminating Supple Blemish Cream (BB Cream)

Packaging

The BB Cream comes in a handy, portable tube. It has a small nozzle to dispense just the right amount of product, and helps you control exactly how much product you want to use, without making a mess. I also like that it’s easy to figure out how much product is left just by looking at the packaging!

Texture & Finish

The texture of this KLAIRS BB Cream is creamy and smooth, and for my dry skin, it is actually very moisturising and lightweight. It blended beautifully into my skin, without any stickiness or greasiness. The finish is not dewy or matte, but more of a natural, satin finish.

Coverage

The initial coverage is very light, but definitely buildable, so If you feel like you need more coverage, you can always layer it up and it won’t look cakey.

Lasting Power

After wearing this BB Cream for 9 hours, there is a little glowiness through my T-Zone but it hasn't caked up, gotten patchy or rubbed off in any areas! I actually don't mind the glowiness throughout the T-Zone at all, because it looks more like a healthy glow than oily skin to me!

Colour

This BB Cream is perfect for Korean code 15, 21, 23 and MAC NC20-NC25.

Results

Overall, I’m impressed with this BB Cream, as it does everything that it claims to do. The product blended effortlessly into my skin, and while most BB Creams have a greyish cast to them, this product, with it's slightly yellowish undertone, suits my skin perfectly. It didn’t have that overly dewy look where it looks like your skin is oily, and it feels very lightweight that it made me forget that I had BB cream on my face the entire day!
