REVIEW: KLAIRS Midnight Blue Calming Cream

Ingredients
When it comes down to it, this cream is so great thanks to its revolutionary ingredients. The cream features Guaiazulene, which is a plant-based component extracted from camomile oil that gives it its natural violet blue color. This unique ingredient, originally seen in Japanese skincare, has been through Japanese clinical trials that demonstrated recovery effects of 89.7% in sunburns, 60.6% in eczema, and 86.5% in ulcerative skin diseases.
Not only that, it also contains Centella Asiatica Extract, which helps regeneration in damaged skin and prevents scarring; making it suitable as an acne treatment. There’s also plenty of Sodium Hyaluronate, which is the ultimate skin hydrator, Argan Oil and Shea butter for deep moisture into the skin, Ceramide 3 which is like the glue for skin cells making it the best for skin repair and anti-aging! And noting the presence of Peptides which have been proven amazing for intensive skin repair and dramatic anti-aging benefits.
How to Use
If all your skin is irritated and dry then you can use this product all over your face. If you have certain patches or combination skin, then you can apply the cream on those targeted areas. A little goes a long way, so you only need to use a small amount, smooth onto the skin and gently tap for full absorption.
Texture
KLAIRS Midnight Blue Calming Cream is a smooth, glossy periwinkle blue cream with a light, pleasant herbal/floral scent. Once it is applied and absorbed by my skin, it is colorless. So don’t worry about going around looking like a Smurf! The cream has a silky slip to it, making it possible to spread a small amount over a large area. Once applied, the Midnight Blue Calming Cream dries down quickly to a soft matte finish and a light, emollient film.
Results
This cream is really great for healing skin problems like blemishes, sunburns, irritations (from shaving, razor burns, or laser procedures) and rashes. I found that it reduced the redness and swelling and also lessened the pain associated with angry red zits, while helping heal my blemishes. As it helps rapidly heal my blemishes before they can grow into something worse, the side effect is that I have less PIH scarring! I have also used it on a hot water burn on my arm, and this cream has helped soothe and cool down that burn quickly.
