REVIEW: KLAIRS Rich Moist Soothing Cream

Sick of changing your moisturisers all the time? Let me introduce you to the cream of of all creams (or should I say, the creme of the crop): KLAIRS Rich Moist Soothing Cream.

Ingredients

What’s awesome about Klairs is that most of their products are vegan and free of filler ingredients like dyes and fragrances. The brand also recently updated the formula and packaging of this cream (it now comes in a tube instead of a jar!), and they made sure to add more of the moisturising ingredients like shea butter, lipidure, and jojoba seed oil. And on top of containing a hefty amount of ceramide 3, the cream is enriched with yeast-derived beta glucan, a calming and redness-reducing ingredient commonly used to treat eczema and dermatitis.

Texture

Being a cream formula, this product is a little bit heavier than the gel-type formula of the KLAIRS Rich Moist Soothing Serum. However, it isn’t as heavy as most winter creams and still manages to sit very comfortably on oily skin.

Results

The KLAIRS Rich Moist Soothing Cream went beyond adding hydration on the skin. After putting on this cream and going to bed, I woke up with insanely soft skin that felt literally like silk. What I also do like about this product is that it is very flexible; it can be used for all skin types (including sensitive) and for all seasons. With most of my skincare, I find that I have to shift things around every few weeks or so because of how the Australian weather fluctuates. One week we will be sweltering and then, next, freezing our butts off. It’s definitely have this product to use all year round!
