    Dr.Jart+ Ceramidin Skin Barrier Moisturizing Mask: After washing the face, even out the skin texture with toner. Open the facial mask, apply it to the face carefully. Remove the facial mask after about 15 to 20 minutes. * Before opening, rub the pouch 3 to 5 times for more effective absorption. Avoid eye area.

    Dr.Jart+ Dermask Vital Hydra Solution PRO, Dr.Jart+ Dermask Soothing Hydra Solution PRO & Dr.Jart+ Cicapair Intensive Soothing Repair Serum Mask: Open pouch and unfold the sheet mask. Apply mask to clean skin, gently pressing mask down until it adheres to skin. Wear for 15-20 minutes. Remove mask and massage excess formula into skin.

    Dr.Jart+ Dermask Pore-remedy Purifying Mud Mask: Remove the white film at the top and bottom and keep the transparent film on. Place the sheet mask on clean skin. Once secured and pore-prone areas are fully covered, remove the transparent film. Leave on for 15-20 minutes. Use the side tab to peel the sheet mask off. Rinse any residual mud with water.

    Dr.Jart+ Cryo Rubber Moisture Mask & Dr.Jart+ Cryo Rubber Soothing Mask: After cleansing and toning, open the ampoule and apply the serum all over skin. Open the mask, remove the film, and apply to face. Leave on for 30-40 minutes. Remove mask and lightly pat skin to help remaining serum absorb into skin. Use 2-3 times a week. Rubber mask may be torn or damaged if pulled hard or pierced with a sharp object. Avoid eye area.

    Signature On Delivery: This requires the driver to obtain a signature on delivery. If nobody is on premise to accept the parcel, the parcel will be allocated to the nearest Post office for collection. Nudie Glow is not responsible for the collection of your parcel from the pickup location.

    We do not offer "Authority To Leave" unless it is put in the notes section at checkout.

     

    Authority To Leave: This gives the delivery driver the authority to leave the parcel on premise if or when nobody is there to receive it. This overrides the need to obtain a signature. Once delivery completed, any lost or stolen items will be the responsibility of the customer and no replacements will be offered by Nudie Glow. Nudie Glow is not responsible for parcels left on premise that is exposed to the sun, rain or any other weather conditions. 

     

    IMPORTANT TO NOTE

    For shipping address, we strongly advise you to use an address where someone is available to collect the parcel during business hours Monday to Friday. If no one is available to collect the parcel, the courier might leave the parcel at the address only if it is deemed safe to do so, otherwise you are responsible for picking up the parcel at a location given to you.

    If a parcel is returned to Nudie Glow because it was unclaimed or had the incorrect address submitted with the order, the customer is responsible for an additional handling & postage fee of $20 to have it re-delivered. If you prefer a refund on the returned parcel, we will deduct $20 off the total order amount (excluding Express Shipping charges) to cover handling & postage fees. Nudie Glow is not responsible for unclaimed or incorrectly addressed parcels and does not offer replacement packages.

    Nudie Glow is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, unless it is lost or stolen during transit. That's why we offer tracked shipping for all orders and parcels where the status "Delivered" or "Completed" will be deemed as delivered.

    We ship via AusPOST, if you hold a MyPOST account, you are able to request Redirection & Safe Drop. However, this is NOT recommended by Nudie Glow, and if you choose to request Redirection and/or safe drop, Nudie Glow is no longer responsible for lost parcel, undelivered parcel, parcel delivered to incorrect address for your order. Please make sure your address is correct on your order confirmation email to avoid the need for redirection.

    RETURNS, REFUND OR EXCHANGE

    Unfortunately, due to the nature of the products, we do not offer refund/return/exchange on orders once shipped unless products inside the parcel box and individual product boxes are damaged when received.

    All products are checked for quality before dispatch and while we try our best to ensure that the products are delivered to you in perfect condition, products may be damaged in the delivery process. If you receive a box with damaged items inside, please contact us at hello@nudieglow.com within 14 days, along with photos of the damaged product(s) (damaged box not included as it does not affect the quality of products inside).

    Once approved, we will arrange for your item(s) to be returned. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

    If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

    Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since receiving your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange on damaged goods or any gift cards.

    If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
