Description

The KLAIRS Gentle Black Deep Cleansing Oil is mild yet effective cleansing oil that effectively removes dirt and makeup without irritating the skin, and maintains the skin moisture even after cleansing. Its hypo-allergenic formula is packed with natural oils such as Black Sesame Oil, which functions as an antioxidant and prevents dehydration and skin ageing, and Black Currant Seed Oil, which is rich in mineral and vitamins, to control sebum production, increase skin elasticity and soothe the skin.

Suitable for all skin types, even sensitive skin.

Directions

Apply to dry face, with or without makeup as the first step of your double cleansing routine. Gently massage your face in small circles. Rinse off with lukewarm water.

Gentle Black Deep Cleansing Oil

This is magic! It is so easy to use in the shower and just washes away make-up and mascara. I do have sensitive eyes but it doesn’t seem to affect them. I did, however test the after-wash and there was still some residue on my skin so it doesn’t remove ALL traces of make-up. Perhaps you could recommend some after-care product you have to take care of this? Thank you!

Worth it!

This is the first product I purchased from Klairs and I was pleasantly surprised by how nice it made my skin feel. It doesn't tighten your skin like other cleansers I've used. For an oil, it feels very light and washes off easily. I think it's a great 1st step of a double cleanse routine.

Great cleanser for oily skin!

I use this cleanser as part of my double cleansing routine and I really like it! It removes my makeup really well and my skin feels good after and ready for my second cleanse. I highly recommend!

Hydrating and effective cleanser

My first intro do the double cleanse and I had to go back! After finishing my first bottle I tried their other fresh cleansing oil but that one seemed to make my skin dry and dehydrated so I had to switch back to this and get another bottle! I use it before I get in the shower and when you wash it off it feels like there is residual left behind but after a gentle gel cleanser (I’m using the COSRX low ph good morning gel cleanser) it washes the sliminess away and your skin feels hydrated and plump. Will use this indefinitely!

SHIPPING UPDATE: With the recent developments around the coronavirus disease (COVID-19), all parcels will no longer require a signature for delivery and/or collection. In all cases, whether a driver or postie delivers to the door or a customer goes in to their local Post Office to collect a parcel, AusPost staff member will ask and record the customer’s name and sign on their behalf. The customer will still need to be present for this to occur, but contact will be minimised by either leaving the parcel at the door until the driver or postie has left the premises or left for the customer to pick up on the counter. All parcels are shipped from Melbourne, Australia within 24-72 hours of receiving the order, excluding weekends and public holidays. If a dispatch delay occurs, we will inform customers of the issue within 72 hours.

When your order is ready for dispatch, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number. Please allow up to 12 hours for tracking to show as it takes time between packing and first scan when onboard for delivery.

All orders made are final, and we cannot guarantee that changes to products and/or shipping details can be made once order confirmation is sent to you. It is your responsibility to make sure all details are correct before confirming your order. 

In the case of a refund request before an order has been sent to the warehouse, please note that for all orders made via Afterpay, a fee of 6% will be deducted from your final refund amount to cover for Afterpay Merchant fees that are not refunded to us.

Authority To Leave: This gives the delivery driver the authority to leave the freight on premise if or when nobody is there to receive it. This overrides the need to obtain a signature. Once delivery completed, any lost or stolen items will be the responsibility of the customer and no replacements will be offered by Nudie Glow. Nudie Glow is not responsible for parcels left on premise that is exposed to the sun, rain or any other weather conditions. We advise you to select "Signature Required" if there is no where safe to leave a parcel or if the weather will cause damage to parcels left outdoors.

Signature Required: This requires the driver to obtain a signature on delivery. If nobody is on premise to accept the freight, the freight will be allocated to the nearest Post office for collection. Nudie Glow is not responsible for the collection of your freight from the pickup location.

IMPORTANT TO NOTE

For shipping address, we strongly advise you to use an address where someone is available to collect the parcel during business hours Monday to Friday. If no one is available to collect the parcel, the courier might leave the parcel at the address only if it is deemed safe to do so, otherwise you are responsible for picking up the parcel at a location given to you.

If a parcel is returned to Nudie Glow because it was unclaimed or had the incorrect address submitted with the order, the customer is responsible for an additional handling & postage fee of $20 to have it re-delivered. If you prefer a refund on the returned parcel, we will deduct $20 off the total order amount (excluding Express Shipping charges) to cover handling & postage fees. Nudie Glow is not responsible for unclaimed or incorrectly addressed parcels and does not offer replacement packages.

Nudie Glow is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, unless it is lost or stolen during transit. That's why we offer tracked shipping for most orders and parcels where the status "Delivered" or "Completed" will be deemed as delivered.

We ship via AusPOST, if you hold a MyPOST account, you are able to request Redirection & Safe Drop. However, this is NOT recommended by Nudie Glow, and if you choose to request Redirection and/or safe drop, Nudie Glow is no longer responsible for lost parcel, undelivered parcel, parcel delivered to incorrect address for your order. Please make sure your address is correct on your order confirmation email to avoid the need for redirection.

RETURNS, REFUND OR EXCHANGE

Unfortunately, due to the nature of the products, we do not offer refund/return/exchange on orders once shipped unless products inside the parcel box and individual product boxes are damaged when received.

All products are checked for quality before dispatch and while we try our best to ensure that the products are delivered to you in perfect condition, products may be damaged in the delivery process. If you receive a box with damaged items inside, please contact us at hello@nudieglow.com within 14 days, along with photos of the damaged product(s) (damaged box not included as it does not affect the quality of products inside).

Once approved, we will arrange for your item(s) to be returned. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since receiving your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange on damaged goods.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
