The BY WISHTREND Mandelic Acid 5% Prep Water is a hydrating and mild exfoliant that can be used daily. Formulated with 5% Mandelic Acid, this exfoliating treatment is gentle enough to be used without any irritation even on sensitive skin. This Prep Water aids in the removal of dead skin cells, resulting in smoother skin tone and texture, while boosting the effectiveness of other products for plumper, brighter and an overall healthier complexion.

Directions

After cleansing, apply an adequate amount of product to the skin and pat lightly to absorb. If more effective exfoliating is desired, pour product into a cotton pad and wipe the skin gently. Follow with Toner and the rest of your routine.

For morning use, please make sure to apply sun-lotion after using the product.

Limit the use of this product depending on your skin type. (For sensitive skin, we recommend 2-3 times a week)
We recommend not to use this product with other facial scrubs, AHA/BHA, and Vitamin C products.

Great for sensitive skin

I love this exfoliant! I've repurchased it already. My skin is very sensitive, and can often burn or sting with acids, but this one only rarely tingles, and doesn't leave redness or irritation or itchiness like other products have. My skin is noticeably more smooth and glowy, and my closed comedones and milia have also massively decreased!

Super power

Works well with my skin. I love the results from the second use. The product is very watery but goes a little long way. I am using my second bottle and will buy it again.

  • The best way to track your deliveries is through Australia Post’s mobile app. Get expected delivery dates, localised service updates and stay notified if things change. You can also track your parcels on auspost.com.au by using the tracking tool.

Signature On Delivery: This requires the driver to obtain a signature on delivery. If nobody is on premise to accept the parcel, the parcel will be allocated to the nearest Post office for collection. Nudie Glow is not responsible for the collection of your parcel from the pickup location.

We do not offer "Authority To Leave" unless it is put in the notes section at checkout.

 

Authority To Leave: This gives the delivery driver the authority to leave the parcel on premise if or when nobody is there to receive it. This overrides the need to obtain a signature. Once delivery completed, any lost or stolen items will be the responsibility of the customer and no replacements will be offered by Nudie Glow. Nudie Glow is not responsible for parcels left on premise that is exposed to the sun, rain or any other weather conditions. 

 

IMPORTANT TO NOTE

For shipping address, we strongly advise you to use an address where someone is available to collect the parcel during business hours Monday to Friday. If no one is available to collect the parcel, the courier might leave the parcel at the address only if it is deemed safe to do so, otherwise you are responsible for picking up the parcel at a location given to you.

If a parcel is returned to Nudie Glow because it was unclaimed or had the incorrect address submitted with the order, the customer is responsible for an additional handling & postage fee of $20 to have it re-delivered. If you prefer a refund on the returned parcel, we will deduct $20 off the total order amount (excluding Express Shipping charges) to cover handling & postage fees. Nudie Glow is not responsible for unclaimed or incorrectly addressed parcels and does not offer replacement packages.

Nudie Glow is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, unless it is lost or stolen during transit. That's why we offer tracked shipping for all orders and parcels where the status "Delivered" or "Completed" will be deemed as delivered.

We ship via AusPOST, if you hold a MyPOST account, you are able to request Redirection & Safe Drop. However, this is NOT recommended by Nudie Glow, and if you choose to request Redirection and/or safe drop, Nudie Glow is no longer responsible for lost parcel, undelivered parcel, parcel delivered to incorrect address for your order. Please make sure your address is correct on your order confirmation email to avoid the need for redirection.

RETURNS, REFUND OR EXCHANGE

Unfortunately, due to the nature of the products, we do not offer refund/return/exchange on orders once shipped unless products inside the parcel box and individual product boxes are damaged when received.

All products are checked for quality before dispatch and while we try our best to ensure that the products are delivered to you in perfect condition, products may be damaged in the delivery process. If you receive a box with damaged items inside, please contact us at hello@nudieglow.com within 14 days, along with photos of the damaged product(s) (damaged box not included as it does not affect the quality of products inside).

Once approved, we will arrange for your item(s) to be returned. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since receiving your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange on damaged goods or any gift cards.


Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
